She's super friendly, funny, dedicated, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with overall. She always had our best interests in mind and we never once felt pressured to do something we weren't comfortable with. She was also very patient with answering our questions and easing our anxieties as first-time home buyers (and we had LOTS of anxiety). The market is crazy right now and I think we would have had a much harder time getting an offer accepted if we hadn't had Jackie on our side. One of the things that really stood out for me with Jackie is that she has a high standard of ethics and we found it very easier to trust her. She's also built a network of trustworthy lenders, inurance brokers, title companies, etc and using her recommendations made the closing process go really smoothly.
