She was incredibly knowledgeable of the area, willing to answer any question we had, and just a lovely and friendly person! She helped us determine the best neighborhood and area to fit the needs of our family, and we are so satisfied with the home we purchased that we never would have known about if not for her! Jackie just helped us buy our first house and we were so happy with her! She's super friendly, funny, dedicated, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with overall. She always had our best interests in mind and we never once felt pressured to do something we weren't comfortable with. She was also very patient with answering our questions and easing our anxieties as first-time home buyers (and we had LOTS of anxiety). The market is crazy right now and I think we would have had a much harder time getting an offer accepted if we hadn't had Jackie on our side. One of the things that really stood out for me with Jackie is that she has a high standard of ethics and we found it very easier to trust her. She's also built a network of trustworthy lenders, inurance brokers, title companies, etc and using her recommendations made the closing process go really smoothly. We found Jackie by looking for gay-friendly realtors since we were worried about discrimination when we first started looking for a house, and she very quickly laid those anxieties to rest since she is family herself and so is her network, so I would especially recommend her if you are too.

Wow! What can I say? Jackie is the best! I was a first time homebuyer living overseas and Jackie walked me through everything and was so kind. She made the whole home buying experience much more pleasant than I was expecting. I even recommended her to a friend who also found her forever home with Jackie.
